So Who Is She Anyway, Apart From Being This Manga Character?
Thanks to Imran Inayat, as well as shameless encouragement from those on #drwhochat, she became less of a joke and more of a real character. Sai it's all your fault, guys.
Sailor Gallifrey is a little bit more powerful than your average
Senshi. While the other Sailor Scouts draw their power from their planet, Sailor Gallifrey
IS the planet. She came about after the planet was destroyed by the Doctor in the Eighth Doctor novel
The Ancestor Cell. Her physical body was utterly destroyed, but her essence, her soul, if you will, was bonded with a human woman (my alter-ego... hey, the Mary Sue bit had to come in somewhere!) to become Sailor Gallifrey. In a dimension outside Time and Space, the Monitors told her she would no longer tolerate stagnation, corruption or inaction. She became the embodiment of Creativity, standing against everything that the Time Lords had come to represent.
To transform, she uses the words, "Gallifrey Star Power, make up!"
Her attacks include the Infinity Chamber Strike, (created by Imran), Vortex Winds Scream, Star Anime Nova (Imran again!), and Time Freezing.
Personality-wise, she's having a tough time getting used to being two people in one. The real problem was that the human host wasn't given a choice in the matter, so that makes things doubly tough, both emotionally and mentally. Her human part has a bit of a temper, so she needs to learn a bit more in the way of self-discipline, especially since she has the power to destroy entire galaxies with a word...
Artwork featuring Sailor Gallifrey
Here is some artwork of my own that I have drawn representing Sailor Gallifrey. In her hands she holds the staff that bears a representation of the Eye of Harmony.

Super Sailor Gallifrey again (this time in purple... I know, no consistency!)

So Where Does She Appear, Then?
Sailor G has appeared in one This Time Round fanfiction of her own so far on the Doctor Who newsgroup alt.drwho.creative.
It can be read here.
What's This Time Round?
Um. It's basically a pub that exists outside of continuity. The full This Time Round FAQ
can be read here courtesy of Imran Inayat, who spent an inordinate amount of time writing it. Along with Mags L Halliday, Douglas B Killings and Bradley K Willis, he helped write the "Who's Who Of TTR", which
can be read here. Sailor Gallifey is included in the list.
Her first real appearance was in the first-ever This Time Round round-robin, also on alt.drwho.creative. It was entitled 'Of Mice and Mayhem', and may be found on
The Panatropic Net, the archive of all fiction posted on this newsgroup.
She's also recently starred in a thread on rec.arts.drwho entitled "Second Pro-Fun Hoedown": it's another round robin. Hopefully someone will have saved all the parts to make a cohesive (sort of) whole.
So Does This Mean I Can Use Her In A Fanfic?
I don't mind, as long as you
E-mail me that you want to first! I want to see anything that she appears in :)
